This year, I decided to do something different and book a spot at a local Christmas tree farm and set up a cute little vignette and take some festive holiday photos! Everything was perfectly executed.....except Mother Nature had other plans ;) The week before my session, I saw a slight chance of rain but didn't pay any real attention to it. Those of us from Houston know that the weather changes faster than you can bat an eye. The day OF however, I awoke early and began obsessively monitoring the weather and things weren't looking great. I ended up calling it about an hour before torrential rains, lightening and even a tornado warning! Thanks, Mother Nature! Keeping me on my toes!

Luckily, most of my clients were able to reschedule (y'all are seriously amazing!) and met me out at Dewberry Farms the following Saturday. We are just gonna pretend all the mud and unusual location didn't happen ;) Overall I had a great time, and I'll definitely be doing this again next year.
